How to Select a Special Cover Compound?

The selection of special cover rubber depends on your actual working conditions. You need to evaluate conveyed material properties, operating temperature, exposure to oil/chemicals, fire risk and abrasion level.

• High temperature bulk material → Heat-resistant cover compound
• Greasy, oily or chemical materials → Oil-resistant cover compound
• Underground coal & flammable dust environment → Flame-retardant cover compound
• Low-temperature outdoor areas → Cold-resistant cover compound

Carcass and Cover Options

We provide flexible carcass & cover layer combinations.
Carcass options: EP polyester fabric, NN nylon fabric, steel cord for heavy load.
Cover options: Heat resistant, oil resistant, flame retardant, cold resistant, high wear-resistant rubber compounds. We can adjust cover thickness on top and bottom sides separately.

Testing and Standards

Our special attribute conveyor belts are tested in our in-house laboratory. Products can be manufactured to meet DIN, RMA, AS, ISO and other international standards. Full test reports are available for project inspection.

Custom Manufacturing

We support customized special conveyor belts. You can specify belt width, carcass ply, cover rubber formula, thickness, printing logo and special edge design. Our technical team will design the belt according to your site working parameters.
