• Aramid fiber reinforced rubber conveyor belts are high-performance conveyor products made by combining aramid fiber as the core reinforcing material with rubber through a special process.

• Core Advantages: With the ultra-high strength characteristics of aramid fiber, under the same specifications, its tensile strength is comparable to that of steel wire core conveyor belts, and its density is only 1/5 of steel, making the conveyor belt light and strong; it has excellent high-temperature performance and can be used continuously at 300℃, and only begins to decompose above 500℃. At the same time, it has good flame retardancy, is difficult to burn when exposed to open flames, and self-extinguishes when removed from the flame; low elongation rate ensures long-term stable operation and reduces frequent tension adjustments; strong chemical stability, fearless of acids, alkalis, water vapor and corrosive media erosion.
