Backless conveyor belts run on steel, wood, or other low-friction surfaces (sliding beds) and are suitable for conveying with low friction.
Compared with standard conveyor belts, the difficult wear and tear between the conveyor belt and the frame is reduced, thereby minimizing conveyor belt wear and improving efficiency.

• Belt core layer: Usually made of materials such as cotton canvas, nylon cloth, polyester cloth, aramid cloth, or steel wire rope core, which is the main load-bearing component.
• Cover rubber: Wrapped on the upper and lower sides of the belt core skeleton. Generally, rubber formulations with corresponding properties are selected according to the usage environment and requirements, such as oil resistance, wear resistance, cold resistance, flame resistance, heat resistance, and ozone resistance.
• Backless design: Unlike ordinary conveyor belts, the back is not coated with glue and is exposed, which can reduce adhesion and friction with the transmission components.
• Reduce friction and wear: The glue-free back reduces the coefficient of friction between the rollers, drums, and other components, reducing conveyor belt wear, improving operating efficiency, and extending service life.
